Touching  with the  finger  is  introducing capacitance  to the point of  triggering self oscillation


The light bulb is 5W
the power dissipated based on  current and voltage = 3.6W
We do not know if that light bulb is at max load.

steps to fallow:


Step#1


1. exchange of an antenna with two metal  plates say 20cm in diameter each  vertically placed on and hold with dielectric stand or  metal stand but dielectric under the base of the stand.Such way you will be able to change the distance


a. one of the plates connect to the circuit


b.take measurement ( oscilloscope)


d. connect wire from the same antenna to the second plate, take measurement ( oscilloscope)



e. adjust distance between plates

as above but second dish is connected to the ground and than to secondary ground might be just ground from another outlet in the house..

Take secondary ground and connect  variable air capacitor 1-450pf  from the other side of that capacitor connect wire to the second dish

At the point of you previously where touching  with your finger  connect wire and run it to second plate of capacitor * the one that you have used  to connect antenna from Step#1

Place your HV coil in between  plates of capacitor.

The antenna does not have to be an antenna
coil is an antenna.
If you take 10m of wire and coil it to certain diameter than it is the same antenna but resonance frequency has changed due to addition of between wires capacitance and inductance increase
One of things at that point is introduce the ferrite rod to that coil




I than not 10 but 20 metes would be the length of the wire = to 14 Mhz  than your capacitor might be made not from two metal plates but from two pancake antennas spirally winded ( as Tesla  pancake)
So whatever I said about  antenna  and capacitor plates could be applied to these pancakes acting as inductively charged  capacitor plates

It is easy to wind the coils.. the longer the wire the resonance frequency is lower for the coil and it does not take a lot of  space.
for those who do not want to lower frequency this way  I point that capacitors and coils made it happened in series and parallel circuits










Make changes step by step.





The last step to make is leave one plate  vertical and slowly tilt the second one to  horizontal position


At NMR we dealing with  two coils that  are  at 90 degrees  one to each other.
that allowed us to create precession to nuclear spin at Z axis.
NMR to take place only if coils are winded on ferrite core
and only if two frequencies are present in the circuit.
In case of hydrogen NMR ferrite is not needed to create spin 

but hydrogen is in the air :)




What might of happened is that you have got interaction  with the signal of nearby transmitter.


there  are two ways to adjust - tune the circuit
- by adjusting  the circuit capacitance and inductance
or
-by changing  frequency of oscillation

I'm in and out trying to take care of other areas in life as well.

Also I do not see the plates of dish capacitor on your apparatus.. T-1000 can give you more info.

here you find my replication of Aidas Autogenerator schematic.
I tried also inverting the control grid coil inverting the a,b leads and find attached the new plate waveform.

These two plates on top of Tesla coil is for making ionization of air but not allowing spark to jump over. In that state there are IONS making secondary emmision effect ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secondary_emission ) + capacitive loop what is going into thyratron due internal capacitancy of it where ion charge is accumulated. Then the thyratron is fired for discharge into load... :)

Since the 6N137 is not strong enough to handle driving a IRF9540 and IRF840 to replace the IRF7307, I found this one so do you think an FOD3180 opto can do it. I am putting the spec sheet here. I am thinking of using the the 3180 to drive the 9540/840 pair to then drive two IRF840's as final output. If you or anyone knows if the resistor/capacitor values would change form your original circuit, please advise.

Fantastic builds you just posted. One thing in such builds that I try to do first is to just put a small dc on each coil individually as per their intended polarity connection and use a compass to map the north and south fields so you know in advance how they will react together. Sometimes this pushes you to change the polarity of just one of the coils and the effect increases.

Regarding effect of how the TK device can draw in excess power from the ambient field around it, I had posted a few days ago on OUR about this since they are discussing the TPU working off the Earth's Magnetic Field (EMF). I think this has relevance to the TK device as well since many of the build follow the topology required to work with the EMF.
