Hi Shokac,
This movie show us only Dynatron experiment based on Don Smith circuit.
There is fast charging of capacitors but no so fast as should to be.
Shorting the capacitors should be few times per second (50 or 60) and in every time we should to see huge spark like in the welder.
Continuous and powerful electric arc.
What we see? only some kind of playing with sparks....
I'm sorry for my comment but there is no correct way.

P.S.
We should think where is phenomena which increasing power (amplifying), or what from to take the power "unlimited" without increasing  power on input side? This is the key. In my opinion, charging the capacitor is not good way.


From second hand, maybe we should to look on whole work of TH, not only to inductive devices....
Maybe we should to compare this idea with TK motor (discs)...
