    You really have to understand that electro-magnetic induction  is when the magnetic field EFFECTS arise.   There is no magnetic force..   The magnetic field we see when a charged piece of mass is moved is distortion of the electric field pure and simple.  If you understand where charge comes from you will understand that magnetism is the flow of energy producing charge.  A permanent magnet is made by "freezing" charged matter into a crystal form.  This is why you have to move a free scource of charged matter through an electrostatic field to induce voltage at the ends of the wire.  The same inducement is created by not moving anything.  Leave the wire motionless and charge a wire perpendicular to the first.  Charge density changes will arise at the ends of the wire.  It will be of the same polarity and unreadable on a voltmeter.  It is a longitudinal wave pair through the copper electron cloud inside the conductor.  The way to get any power out of this is to slow the wave down traveling in one direction.    Magnetism does not exist it is an effect.  If you rediscover the origin of charge you will be pretty march in charge of alot of knowlege.  This simple consideration is what allowed Albert Einstein to develop the theory of special relativity.   This theory then was expanded to general relativity and the bold statement that energy equals mass and that you can CREATE energy from mass.  When an electron slows down or speeds up it's mass changes.  These mass changes are very minute but we see them as electro-magnetic radiation.  Since there is no magnetic force a photon is  purely detachment of a portion of the charge of the electron.  The magnetic part comes from the supreme force that creates charge.  As Einstein says a photon is also the exchange particle of inertia.  Of course if something slows down or speeds up it no longer has the same inertial content-it has to be radiated.  When a rocket goes and fights gravity it is not fighting gravity it is changing it's inertial content by radiating photons.  As the heat-light-sound is emitted by the rocket engine we see it lift off.  The rocket is shedding itself of the inertia it shares with all the Earth bound objects.  It isn't going anywhere along any path it is just radiating photons.  This appears as thrust to an outside observer but the rocket is actually radiating the inertia it has acquired from being Earth bound.  Now imagine a craft where the occupants are sitting on a platform on bearings inside a saucer shaped craft..  The shell of the spacecraft starts to spin.  As the spacecraft starts to spin faster and faster and faster right there on the launch pad iit suddenly disappears and reappears 600km away and the shell isn't spinning anymore.  Maybe takes a second or two while the shell spin is electro-dynamically reconverted into recharging the on board batteries.  How did they do it.  Inertia baby.  A body in motion tends to stay in motion.  The Earth.  A body at rest tends to stay at rest.  The craft.  The craft rests in space while the Earth does not.

I  will talk about  certain saturation effects in the ridges  of these  cyclotrons,
and look into possible uses  of the saturation  effects themselves.  We,  at NRDL,  are
starting from the rather  optimistic point  of  view that  a  cyclotron of the strong­
focusing  type  can be  made,  and will work.  What I  would like to investigate are pos­
sible  alternative methods  of making  a  good  variable-energy machine.

Finally, there is  a  change in average magnetic field radial contour  nec­
es sary for  isochronism for  the particle being  accelerated at  a  particular  energy.
It seems to me that one  should be  able to  contr ol these saturation effects  so that
they will work for  you instead of against you.  I  thought I  would start investigating
the  effects  of sub-surface voids  in the ridges;  They would be  designed so that,  as
the magnet  excitation is increased,  one  would relatively lower the  average mag­
netic field  at smaller radii,  with the possibility that one  can so tailor this  change
in the  average magnetic field that the  appropriate radial profile may be maintained.

Basically paper stands for creating voids in ferrite core of the transformer similar to Kugushev
so if we are talking about any  iron pipe inside TK coil or anything that has something to do with ferrous material.This is article is interesting to view.\\
