question about the blue inverter is a very good question.
My guess is that the blue inverter has a small isolation transformer
1:1 ratio,gives the inverter a higher voltage than that produced by
the inverter output
however the transformer is loaded down when connected to TK's device,so
buzzes.The blue inverters output maybe  a modified sine wave
so the ac direct voltage will be higher.

There may also be adjustments on the blue inverter to increase
the direct ac voltage to much high settings,an operators manual or a schematic is really needed.

Hi all, just a quick note for people asking about induction heater, if you put a coil between the heaters induction coil and steel plate, draw of power from thart coil then the steel plate does not even get warm. I can put hand on plate whilst pulling 3kw, take coil away and steel plate glows instantly red hot. Also the induction coils on all three types of hobs I am using do have built in ferrite strips underneath them, approx  2 inch by 1/2 inch by 1/8 inch x 6 off, possibly to direct induction upwards or increase induction I am not sure.

@cheapower2012 If its of any relavence none of the three induction heaters operate(heat) when using a modified sine wave inverter. They light up and look as if they are working but no heat not even warm,plug back to mains and instant heat.

Thus almost for sure there is no flyback for high voltage creation in TK's tin can.  But this does not mean it will not work also with a flyback instead of a circuit breaker or chopper.
