here is video clip that shows a HV spark igniting a noble gas in a sealed cylinder and causing a quantum expansion of that noble gas. What is interesting is that the cylinder has to have a magnetic pulse to choke that noble gas first at the same time to cause this expansion to happen, the ratio is 5 to 1 in the expansion of the volume as the cylinder is hermetically sealed.

It seems that the spark and the coil pulse have to be in sync to generate the effect in the TK device as given in the example above..  As far as this company they have showcased their noble gas engine effect at the Tesla Tech 2012 last weekend.. Just a thought as I am working in these pulsed magnetic fields.. Joe Papp was a Hungarian inventor of that effect..

I think that one way or right way to create effective free energy device is a transformer with unidirectional inductive coupling, or some kind of an analogue of the diode which transmits a magnetic field in one direction only (from input to output winding)!

I know that sound weird. But this is what I have in mind

can someone  make experiment:[/glow]
metal disc on the shaft of the  fan taken from  old computer.
1. blades of the fan  made of metal ( try different metals) ( could be dielectric as well as part of condensing  static electricity structure)
2. fan is placed in metal tube           (similar to TK can.)
3. from one side there is coil
a. 220V 50Hz driving  voltage on the coil.
b. regulated voltage and frequency.




From the other side of tube there is another coil but HV coil that means that coupling is done true blades of fan in the middle .
The ratio of coil one to coil two is acting as transformer
with magnetic field chopped.


You may try ferrites with coils  especially with   output coil on the RIGHT side of  drawing.
I did not specify yet  in my mind if we want to chop
1. magnetic   flux
or
2. electrostatic field
or
3. both

than 220V on first coil is  enough.

than first coil on the left should be HV coil as well. but not necessary .We have presence  of  ionization field in the can with insulated road in  radioactivity......... non radioactive  probe sentilators
