Well, so the diagram says, that it is a standard 12 to 220 Volts inverter with an additional
High Voltage coil added, that is powered by a spark gap ?

I remember Aaron Muraki from Energetic forum has done a video,
where he showed a bigger sparking when adding something simular.
But I don´t find his youtube video right now...

The circuit you posted was posted there as well.
There is something missing in it i believe, because
the transistors are not being fed with any (sinusoid) signal that would make them drive the transformer with AC ?!
Or have i overlooked something?
To have the spark gap in perfect sync with the inverter, i think it is best to use the same drive signal for the output transformer and the HV transformer to feed the spark gap.
It is being hypothesized that the spark gap impulse creates a wide range
of frequencies that will include the ferromagnetic resonance frequency.
The ferrite is then oscillating with it´s own resonance frequency and a superimposed 50 Hz frequency maybe, resulting in a higher output.
