Static discharges are an unwanted byproduct at a certain point in any radiant energy device. TK grounded them. Someone has already posted an experiment on this thread whereby the disconnection of an earth caused his experimental device to go out of phase. This has happened to me also. We have already covered this point. The disinfo agents know this and dump clutter on this thread so the truth is lost many pages back. Look up radiant energy creation by Bedini and Bearden. You should spend a lot of time assimilating the concept. They have a patent issued on it. TK simply improved the concept. Tesla invented radiant energy. Bearden and Bedini should not have received that patent.

Re disinfo agents.  An ou researcher colleague of mine once posted an inflammatory blog about the "end of oil" on his website. He was immediately flamed and his site downed. He had a tracker on his site and it traced the source to Quatar. So you can bet your life that oil states are monitoring this thread and are paying disinfo agents.

For me it may be much simpler. He had braid left from dismantling coaxial cable so he used it.

Actually as I posted before, I have inside information. TK was panicking earlier this year because he needed braided wire for his device to work and his local suppliers had run out. I do not know if it was the high voltage part alone or the complete thing.
If you have static residue, you need a large area to help disperse it. Ordinary wire can leak static easily. The only answer is to do some experiments with earth grounding and see for ourselves. I am aware  that a simple static leakage can cause massive loss of power. Even Bedini could not loop his devices. Bedini shows videos of himself lighting ne2 bulbs from the floor and from his battery casings - so I think we have to be carefull about generalisations.
