The PDF file "Rising Sun" seems to be the same but renamed version of the "Compil Kapanadze.pdf" shown in the French thread:

From both files,  3 or 4 pages of the English language principle description (which are embedded between the French text description pages)  are missing.

I have already posted a simplified version of one of TK's patents. He uses 220v 50 hz to start his device. He also says it can be started from an inverter, or mains or a battery which is  powering an inverter, or even a capacitor which powers an inverter. So the bottom line is that he initiates his device proper with 220 volts 50 hz.

With all the "crap" that gets posted from time to time it's easy to miss an important post.
Please re-post your schematic again with parts list, coil turns, wire sizes, etc.
Basically everything someone would need to replicate it and I'll replicate.
