Well, it is of course not EXACTLY what is going on in Kapanadze´s devices,
but during my online research i found a couple of related articles that could help understanding the process, an example is

You need to abstract it a lot though.
Anything about processes of the magnetic domains is of interest.

Interesting reading Xeno.
So far, we potentially have to deal with plain LC electrical resonance (unlikely to yield any result), Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Electron Paramagnetic Resonance as you pointed out and Ferromagnetic Resonance (most likely in our case i would say).

I am not a scientist and cannot speak with any legitimacy. Nevertheless, for hobby's shake i will attempt.

As wiki says, ferromagnetic resonance occurs in signifficantly lesser frequencies rates than NMR or EPR. Tha basic setup for its creation is a microwave resonant cavity and an electromagnet. i guess the cavity is formed by the ferrous material. The resonantor or emmiter of HF waves can be a coil.

A specific frequency, that is a factor of too many parameters (B flux strenth, orientation etc etc ect) maximum RF absorbtion is observed. Perhaps this absorbtion has to do with magnetic field anhancement of inverter alleged coils?

secondly, I was thinking SR's scheme.
Perhaps the coil of RF production is not at all wound on the core (fact that cause inductuction rise and chokes HF) rather than its placed on the ferrite cavity, fact that could explain the too many cables entering the cavity.

That is all possibilties to consider.
Judging from SR´s video, if you look at the bend the HV-wire makes under the insulation then it seems as if it is indeed wound like a coil onto the ferrite.
I agree with you that for paramagnetic electron resonance the required frequency would be too high.
But maybe due to the fact that the signal is close to a pulse the higher frequencies can still be contained (as in Fourier components). Not sure about that.
