Good post from Hel. As he suggests, this is the wrong direction. If TK achieved self-running it was far more likely to have been with some type of transmutation of matter.

i like that. Transmutation of matter, has been always an universal energy giving procedure. The stars give life to Universe by doing that. Nuclear reactors do that also.
If an "free energy" ground breaking device is about to be unleashed, most possibilities go with the "transmutation of matter" in a controllable, safe and easy to do so environment, embeded to a single device.

you guys are missing the main point of all of this. It is the electric field and the way it is vibrated that makes air at our level conductive. Did all of you not read Tesla and his method of transferring real power without much loss at all? There is a way of reducing the anti conductivity of the air and it is only attainable via the electric field and the longitudinal method.


In the case of small devices we would need to stimulate the already established electric field of our planet. That field is longitudinally extending all the way out into space. We know this because there is a magnetic field around our planet. We know you can not have a magnetic field without the e-field as well. This field is already existing around our planet. All we need to do is intensify that field and it will make a connection to the highly charged outer surface of our atmosphere and allow us to tap those charges. This is like poking a hole in the bottom of a lake and letting the water run out of a tube and generating from that water flow. Instead of water we replace the lake with the bounty of charges around our planet. We let it flow towards the planets vacuum and intercept it and use it before it gets to the vacuum and negate it's pull on the charges. It is the ultimate hydro dam. It will flow like water.

Zero, if there's no charge flow (current). Perhaps millions, if stroke by a lightning. Usually, with
a pointed tip, you can measure few µA if you're lucky.

And what has the surrounding air (and its conductivity) to do with the electric field of the Earth capacitor? Even if there were a vacuum between the two plates (Earth and Sun) the electric field would be still there and there should be an option to tap it. That means, this is not about collecting positively charged ions from the air but tapping the charge of the static electric field itself. Kapanadze calls this »shaking the aether«.

If instead of air we had a perfect vacuum or a perfect dielectric, your aerial would start conducing something only
when reaching the upper plate, of course.
I understand your point... if it's not about using ions but rather "shaking the field" or something similar, then we are
in the realm of EM radiation, or more widely, of changing fields. A "shaken" electric field will be of course a remote
and useable source of energy, which you can get back with an AV plug or resonating antenna depending, but somebody
must DO work to shake it ! It's not much different from a motor driven variable capacitor, you get AC from it but
the motor must do the work and you won't get more, unless you have some external energy also coming into play.
Yes of course I often thought of such an abstract concept of shaking the earth or ionosphere electric field, but to
what point ? How exactly ? I could think of pushing a pendolum which, for some strange reason, when it returns back
it gives me more force than I gave him initially, but that's impossible, unless this act of pushing the pendolum actually
unlocks, primes some external energy already available. I don't see how shaking or stimulating the natural media could
give us something back... I mean, I don't want to exclude this possibility but we lack any credible theory to start with.
Any other way to use the existing field won't give you any free energy. Let's make a simple example. You have a long
insulated antenna pivotted in center which can be made to rotate, so to find itself periodically horizontal and then
vertical w.r.t ground. An alternate current will flow back and forth thru its lenght, caused by electrostatic induction
since it's rotating between the earth-ionosphere E field. If the field and coupling is strong enough, a bulb connected
somewhere in the antenna path will light up - but again, this is not for free, you have to rotate the antenna.

The trick with the alternating electric fields is called a parametric oscillation. Therefore all the coils, capacitors and thyristor/transistors. Although, as it seems, there are several ways to achieve a parametric oscillation, maybe even without semiconductors, like the Testatika.
I don't think a carpenter (Stepanov) connecting his disk saws stumbles over transmutation of matter by chance. And I also don't think there is transmutation of matter involved when an ordinary arc welder makes the power meter running backwards (as reported by some people).

Parametric oscillators are a difficult subject which I don't fully understand, but put it simple it's everytime you have
a dynamically changing parameter of an oscillating system, for example inductance or capacitance. A "charge pump"
made with a rotating (variable) capacitor is a kind of parametric oscillator. Same thing for a system with mechanically
varying inductance. You actually inject energy into the system varying the parameters, but you again have to do
work for that, and you won't get back anything more.

Then, if we want to guess about decaying matter or similar principles inside Kapanadze or other alleged FE devices,
then this is another story (nuclear phisics) and I give up !
