1. It is a pulsating non-traveling wave that is a result of an interference between a primary traveling wave and its own reflection.
2. HV Capacitive coupling between two LCR circuits tuned to the same resonant frequency.
3. It is a phenomenon in which the nuclear spin axes are reoriented and precessed by an application of orthogonal magnetic fields (usually one static or LF and a second HF field). Yes we can, NMR can reorient spinning nuclei and stimulate emission of energetic charged particles from them, parallel to the altered spin axis.
4. Circular magnetic confinement of charged particles by Lorentz deflection and inductive coupling of the resulting current pulse.
5. I don't understand the question. A picture is needed.
6. Can't answer that without understanding pt.5.
7. I don't know.  Maybe if the top of the pyramid was covered with metal (e.g. copper) then it might work as a generator.

What do you mean by "ionization is a simple conversion of electron mass"?
If a FREE electron is accelerated by a constant electric field (accelerating voltage~500keV), it's relativistic velocity is quite easy to calculate from the energy-momentum formula. Let it at the moment t = 0 leave the plate of a flat capacitor with a negligible velocity. In the ultrarelativistic limit its momentum grows, but velocity becomes practically constant (but smaller then speed of light).
When an incident electron interacts with the nucleus of the anode, it loses energy and the bremsstrahlung  appeares (X-ray photons ).

A bound electron's velocity and therefore mass is greater than the same electron ejected from an atom.  The process described has two actions going on.  Ionization of a gas to liberate free electrons.  Acceleration of the free electrons by an electric field.  This is a pulsed electric field.  Unlike a vacuum tube the electrons accelerated come from a gas not from the cathode metal.  If they come from the cathode they decrease the accelerating electric field.  The bound electron mass converts into energy upon ionization of the parent atom.  This conversion results in photon generation.  The photons generated are absorbed by other atoms releasing more free electrons.  The electric field does two things.  The free electrons are accelerated by the electric field and result in impact ionization.  It also removes free electrons from the ionized gas field to reduce recombination.  Actually three things.  It accelerates the free electrons toward an INSULATED anode.  The electrons will create a space charge that begins to reduce the accelerating field so the energy conversion is a brief event. 
   Klystron tubes had tremendous problems with cooling the anode due to braking radiation within the anode.  Modern Klystron's recycle the tube current.  Water cooled anodes-high voltage-vacuum are not a good mix.  The magnetron overcame the anode heating problem by using a permanent magnet to divert the accelerated electrons taken from the heated cathode to circle within the magnetron tube.  What they suffer from is an electron leaving a cathode leaves a positive charge in the spot it vacated.  This positive spot want's an electron back.  This electron needs to be supplied from somewhere and the easiest place to get one is from the one that just left.  This creates a work function.The power supply has to do work to insure that the electron entering the bunch.  leaves the metal mass at a velocity that makes it easier for an electron to be pumped into the Cathode from the power supply,  than for the free electron to return to the cathode mass.

The Tesla device I am using, uses the Earth as a natural Capacitor and takes in all that energy it creates.  It doesn't come from nowhere.  It just harvest what is already there.

    Can you help me out.  I would greatly appreciate your expertise.  If you could look over those patents from Tesla I posted on the previous page and guide or point me in the right direction to build an up to date version of his circuit controller.  The spinning Cylinders that he uses to create the inter-mitten arcs that go into the primary Inductance.  Anyone can put their two cents in and I would really appreciate the help with the Transistor circuit.

As i said couple a months ago there was started Energetic Revolution on this planet. As times going there will be as much as possible OU devices for humankind. This will push Massive Global change in all areas and bring this planet on the new basis in social organization, science, politics economy and all discipline of human mind activity. This is a process which can't be stopped because is controlling by our Ancestors on all 7 levels of Physical Reality in our part of Universe.

I would be satisfied if I could control this on the level of my laboratory table. So how does this »Energia Universal« device work? Connecting one side of a battery to ground gives free energy? Strange.

Maybe someone could point me to the drawings of the patentes of this device.

What kind of medium do you have inside your capacitor (air, solid dielectric, vacuum) ? More precisely, what do you know about this medium characteristics, its model, how to estimate its status, how stable is it? What is the maximum electric field strength for this medium? What is the electric field strength in the space between the plates? What about stability and  repeatability of boundary conditions and your plates material?

This elementary  non-relativistic calculation derives kinetic energy of the ground state  (0 angular momentum state) from the uncertainty principle. It gives correct result for the ground state energy. This energy is negative and it cannot be smaller. Ground state minimizes both energy and uncertainty. The ground state atom always gains energy when its state changes.  There are two primary ways to excite an atom - through absorbing light (radiative excitation) and through collisions with atom, ion or particle (collisional excitation). Absorbing light is a kind of collision too.
