In regards to living water..  I am not expert on that area but ionized/magnetized water might be close to what you asked.

What do you mean by "ionization is a simple conversion of electron mass"?
If a FREE electron is accelerated by a constant electric field (accelerating voltage~500keV), it's relativistic velocity is quite easy to calculate from the energy-momentum formula. Let it at the moment t = 0 leave the plate of a flat capacitor with a negligible velocity. In the ultrarelativistic limit its momentum grows, but velocity becomes practically constant (but smaller then speed of light).
When an incident electron interacts with the nucleus of the anode, it loses energy and the bremsstrahlung  appeares (X-ray photons ).

God I haven't been keeping up with the forum, but I checked back 5 pages and its going crazy.
Cepren, Its nice having you on, but lately you have been posting way to much.  Any one with brains can read history and see what the Jewish control has done to us.  Just trying to be nice an ask to tone it down a little.  Your wasting pages. Good Ideas like the Akula device get shifted farther and farther back as the pages get filled.  Thanks.
If anyone has any good ideas on a control circuit for the Tesla patent I posted on the page before this one.  I would appreciate it very much.  I know I can get a Pll or a Ramp Generator, But i need help with replacing the turning cylinder that Tesla used.

Ok, that led me to quick investigation on theory described in document for any successful replications. Unfortunately I could not find any in Russian forums. After spending another few hours of last sleepless night I managed to find only unsuccsessful attemps:

P.S> The dmit theory describes explosive response on scalar shockwave with much greater energy amount than was given (on which I disagree because the echo is always less or equal to the pulse)...
