Most users of this forum do not like to read about this operating principle because it implies energy from matter conversion (in the copper ring/tube).  It was discussed here before and almost everyone hated it, despite complete lack of rigorous critique.

Now I hope this doesn't get everyone off topic, But if you used Tesla's Patent,  Method of utilizing radiant energy.  What would happen if you used a thin walled copper tube with a good dieletric  on the inner walls of it and used that tube as a vacuum tube/  Roentgen tube.  Use Hydrogen or oxygen maybe..  Would that change the effect you want or is a glass tube the only way to get Multipactor effect.   molecular polarization process is step one in achieving that I believe.  There are very strange effects with those processes.    Multipactor effects, do cause a very large magnitude of electrons to be released, and the setup used in experiments have the device setup just like Teslas Radiant Energy collection with the Ray Tube.  Having Resonance is needed to achieve the high outputs of secondary electron emissions.  The energy coming off this setup is very very hard to measure and it makes the amp meter jump all over the place.  In the small plastic box that Stivip(Weasley) saw when he went to Geargia.  There was an oil burner device that is the same device used to create ignition in the vacuum tube.  Below are some links to info on how this Secondary Electron Emission takes place and how it is achieved.  Good Luck   E6

Thanks for the RealStrannik link Cepren..  This 2013 Patent seems to have been given to a Russian.  He has beaten Tariel Kapanadze to the patent office.  Or has he.  I don't know if it was the only way to get around the sensors, but it doesn't really say it creates more out than in.  They might have only got the patent this way.   If not, WTF is this invention for???

well it was known  for decades , beside isn't that what Tom Bearden was forcing every year  ? DON'T KILL THE DIPOLE or it will beat you. All solid state ou devices I know are using reactive power in resonance. Even in generators we have magnetic dipole which is broken on each shaft move exactly like described in Energy from Vacuum series videos by Tom Bearden - and again back to 1902 there is Figuera patent descibing the same (don't kill the attraction between magnetic  dipoles (iron cores))and a simple generator with motionless cores.
