That's obvious as the magnetic flux density is given by B= 2πf/γ and also by B=2vm/dq.
The confinement equation I posted previously was derived from them.

Well verpies, I'm not sure if that's external energy flow or just our understanding is broken, but I know every planet in this solar system is rotating and if you pull that rotation by pulley of very big generator I bet it does not change even a minute speed of planet

Converting the kinetic energy of a planet will slow it down, albeit insignificantly.  A gyro on a planet is engineerable with great difficulty and minuscule returns of energy, a pulley system between planets is not.
Nonetheless, the next time I enumerate energy origins, I will add gyros, planets and pulleys to my list.

I'm now convinced that there is no need for mass to energy conversion.   Maybe Akula or Kapanadze device work that way but if you trace it down to low frequencies there is no possibility of any radioactive reaction. In other words if you can generate OU by a rotating special coils through the magnetic field lines, there is no way it is more then  a neat trick with coils but still using old Faraday laws to make excess, which was already used to overcome attraction forces between iron cores or ordinary generator...
But those devices are a step ahead , having no rotating parts....

    The relativistic mass of a bound electron is more than the relativistic mass of an unbound "drifting" electron.   Measure them subtract them plug the difference into mass equivalency formula to determine where the energy is coming from in exothermic systems.

Thanks for the RealStrannik link Cepren..  This 2013 Patent seems to have been given to a Russian.  He has beaten Tariel Kapanadze to the patent office.  Or has he.  I don't know if it was the only way to get around the sensors, but it doesn't really say it creates more out than in.  They might have only got the patent this way.   If not, WTF is this invention for???
