All can be traced down to the old patents like Clemente Figuera plus many others which are incomplete now like McFarland Cook, or PHM by Leedscalnin. Well verpies, I'm not sure if that's external energy flow or just our understanding is broken, but I know every planet in this solar system is rotating and if you pull that rotation by pulley of very big generator I bet it does not change even a minute speed of planet .... it's "the law of sizes" - if you can tap the big generator using only a tiny part of it then there is no influence of the generator....
