It should be simplified in a way so that a carpenter can come across it by chance while connecting his workshop equipped with disk saws to the grid.
Is there any tangible outcome after all these dozens of pages? If not then obviously something important has been missed here. What could that be?

Maybe that in a parametric (amplification) circuit there should be an entry point for the ambient (radiant) energy in order to excite the oscillations successfully? Just like an audio amplifier which needs a signal on its input in order to amplify.
I think I do know now the major error in all these differential equations: All these equations are only valid in a closed system. If we measure a circuit then normally we shield it even from the environment in order to get unadulterated results in accordance with the equations written in the textbooks. So if we want energy from the environment then shielding the circuit from it is not the brightest idea. But a differential equation which describes the function of a LC circuit cannot incorporate any perturbations coming from the environment because the specifics of these perturbations are generally unknown. That means we do not know whether the coils recharges the capacitor to -141.4% of the original voltage or to a different value if there is an entry point for radiant energy not considered by these differential equations.

So much for that philosophy.

Hi Guys, I'm about to embark on building a so-called Zilano Zeis Zane - Don Smith-Kapanadze type design for replication, with open sourcing in mind to make the essential overunity elements repeatable for construction purposes for everyone.

Still trying to get my head around how to wire & tune those L1 / L2 coils. According to my notes both L1 + L2 Bilifar coils (CW +CCW) ought to be tuned to 1/4 a wavelength? Yes, this certainly makes sense for a 25MHz input but not for a 25kHz Neon 8000V transformer that I'm using for the primary voltage driver, because too much wire would be required to actually tune it to 1/4 wavelength for the Tesla standing wave effect, even with the GND reflection factored in. Say for L1 primary, you would need 3000 metres to attain this, going by std wavelength calculations. So I guess we are possibly talking higher frequency harmonics for actual tuning for both L1/L2 coils to be tuned to  1/4 wavelength each to make it fit, possibly generated by the spark-gap rising edge interference input in parallel to L1? I would like to get some clarification from other members, if this indeed is the case, or do we just carry on and rely on some luck based on experimental trial & error?
I have attached a couple of photos to explain the setup, that I'm soon to undertake. I work for a power electronics manufacturer that does phase shifting and burst control in Australia, so I have the necessary resources available to upscale to significant heavy current load outputs if required.
