Hi all

OK the bulb bank is ready with 10 time 100 watts. in serie

When i plug the bank to the wall socket , the bulb's tungsten is just a little bit orange. absolutely no light.

it is always raining here.

do you think if i have the Kapagen protected from the rain , i mean under  a shell with  a dry floor  (for example in a garage ) but of course the ground line will stay under water, i dare to try testing or is it too dangerous ?

Nice work woopy!   Don't do anything you don't feel safe with.  However I have a suggestion that I think can make things
safe for you and probably would be a good idea for a lot of experimenters with this project and some others.  There is a
device called a remote power switch which can turn off and on remotely (from up to around 80 feet) small appliances and
other devices.  I've seen some heavy duty ones that can handle up to around 15 Amps but most are around 10 Amps.  If that is not enough or you can't find a heavier one you could always add a heavy duty AC relay to this setup to control the power to the MOT.  Similar to this one:

That one is about $14 and I've seen these for $10 to $20 US dollars  but have found them at garage sales or thrift stores for
much less.

Nice work it sounds like you've only got about ~ 500 watts in and are lighting about 1200 watts of bulbs.  I think the magnet to quench the spark may also be a good idea and am surprised I haven't seen anyone else mention that yet for this device.  How have you positioned the magnet to the spark gap?  Any pictures of it?

May I suggest to try using http://anonymouse.org/  which is a fairly good proxy server to see what happens while using a proxy.  I would also take a very good look in your own computer to make sure there is no trojan, virus, malware or MIB implants causing problems .  You might also try manually setting up a different DNS server in your network properties after checking this site:  http://dnsserverlist.org/

Thank you for your suggestions. I have tried everything already, This is my day to day job, IT - Computers, I have almost 20 years experience with computers.100% the computer is virus free.I get the same symptoms on on many computers.I tried my own computers, customers computers... same thing, all ok if I don't login.If i do login it can be 1 minute sometimes 4-5 minutes and then it locks access to the site.Other computers in the network are not accessing the site once I have been blocked on one, even if I try going to the website without  login in.I have access to change the external ip and once changed all is fine for days until the login in again.Today I tried accessing via my iphone internet and... same thing all perfect until logged in.
I have another test to do to clarify what is going on with this accessing problem, this test will clarify for sure.
