Ok.Here is my theory which I posted long time ago at energeticforum.
IMHO this is how such devices are working.

Consider that we are all surrounded by Earth magnetic field and mostly by one pole.We know that AC current and AC spark produce EM radio waves which is a waste. Quite opposite DC arc or unidirectional DC energy transfer (yes,it could be done without spark gap) create magnetic field.If that magnetic field is opposite to Earth pole we create artificial bubble due to pushing magnetic lines by two same poles.Then very abrupt collapse of such bubble (done by immediately destroying artificial magnetic field) causes Earth field reconnection and INFLOW of energy from outside to the center. It means there is only one requirement for building such device coils (except that one, there could be thousands of variations) -  collector coil should be in not inductive relation to the transmitter (a device which disturb ambient field) to avoid Lenz law.The shape of transmitter should be such as to produce disturbance which when cross crossing collector coil is generating current.
Mixing properly low voltage high current and HV low current should do the trick - produce magnetic bubble and collapse it violently.

This is probably what is happening during the so-called radiant event in a gray tube, which is occuring at 90 degrees to the spark gap.

Hi all

OK the bulb bank is ready with 10 time 100 watts. in serie

When i plug the bank to the wall socket , the bulb's tungsten is just a little bit orange. absolutely no light.

it is always raining here.

do you think if i have the Kapagen protected from the rain , i mean under  a shell with  a dry floor  (for example in a garage ) but of course the ground line will stay under water, i dare to try testing or is it too dangerous ?

i don't want to take any risk

I do have a lot of trouble connecting here.I have to try different ways to stay connected.All other websites are fine.If I connect from a new ip without beeing logged in, all is fine then moments after I login the dns is not resolving overunity.com.It is the same with different internet providers,or speeds.All started about 4-5 days back.
I am running on 50mbs here, the same at home.I tried to connect using many internet providers, as I have access to many of them and all the same.
Is anyone else having this kind of problems?
Check Ban restrictions in admin panel or maybe the bandwidth with your hosting provider is not as great...

May I suggest to try using http://anonymouse.org/  which is a fairly good proxy server to see what happens while using a proxy.  I would also take a very good look in your own computer to make sure there is no trojan, virus, malware or MIB implants causing problems .  You might also try manually setting up a different DNS server in your network properties after checking this site:  http://dnsserverlist.org/

please put on gum-Shoes and
use gum gloves and stand on a gum floor
and put your left hand in your trowsers pocket, so you do all
only with your right hand. (current this way does not flow through your heart..)

If your circuit is in the garage, and only the ground wires are out in the wet,
then nothing should happen to you.
Always be carefully with charged up capacitors, so maybe you only
do the experiment now without the capacitor.

Without capacitor there are no energy storage elements
which will hold any charge after you have switched off the circuit...

well, from my end, only sometimes the ads servers are slow, so sometimes
pages load a bit longer, due to the Javascript ads don´t show up immediately...

But so far all is working okay.

Will put the board on Maintenance now for a few minutes to clear up
the database , so you can see, if it will work better then.
