I did some quick research on this. It appears that the site owner is having issues with his web host. His site is running on a server that to many other sites. It appears 'server down' is a common issue. He is trying to get a better hosting deal.

I found about this coil for about 3 months ago.
As my history with OU is not long I was concentrating myself on analyzing dependencies
And because I was lucky enough  to be allowed to talk to Wladimir Utkin personally face to face
I was able to move a lot further.

As you see there are no new videos from my lab.
The reason for it is Shockac and other critics.
Although I respect the man and I believe he contributes to the forum a lot of value
I was unfortunate to get in conflict with him.
My impression was that he wants to be the new Tesla (-Tesla was his landsmen)
And I do not push to be first who made it in USA I just want to understand at first.
Understand to every bit of it.
Wladimir Utkin is very independent man he does not have lab but he has a brain
So I have lab and I can ask his brain for help
Till today I did mostly concentrate on equipment and LAB setup( much over 100 of apparatus so far)
and proper materials :
I'm waiting for "humongous"ferrite based  structure to be
delivered within  few days.

I assume that only 10% of my time I was able to spend  in re sarge experimenting in my lab.
And that 10% was  very successful.


In march of 2010 I had almost no  equipment so when I accidentally burned 150W bulb
with 2,75W delivered
-I immediately  started to acquire  around 1-3 instruments a day

I'm waiting for 10 devices (plus  55kg Fluke  5205A PRECISION POWER AMPLIFIER/ CALIBRATER!)
The scientific  investigation should start to speed-up  1 month from now.
Learning each individual instrument takes time a lot of time.

Today I think I kill my ignition coil. It no more makes sparks. This happen when changing frequency of high voltage. Strange happening is that lamp suddenly give much more light before ignition coil die.
