Khabe is correct these are regular Russian (Soviet) high power rectifier diodes and they are used in DC railroad system.
The other pictures with the ignitrons are from the Gray system and we recently discovered that it was build to distract people, it never worked and was never intended to work.

Yeah... Because the Kapanzie system outputs high power DC right?

I don't claim to know everything about it but I have noticed some things that I have not pointed out. Have a closer look at all these similar devices. You will see the pattern of something that your normally would not see on/in a coil.

As far as the Gray motor being a scam... Sorry dude, that is laughable.

This is sure, I cannot be bothered to scrabble up to attic of my workshop - there under lot of junk I have exact the same Soviet rectifiers, even heat sink looks the same, my diodes are green, somewhere I have thyristors as well. Found one similar item from ebay, this is bit younger, newer type of,

So where in the circuit do you see huge diodes? I don't claim to have looked too closely at this device yet but if it is what I think I am seeing, that would not make sense. Happy to listen to what you have to say about it.
