I think it might be. Terawatt Research seems to think so and their testing looked pretty good. I disagree with those that contest Mindfreer's measurement technique...those wattmeters should be fine on modified sinewave power at 60hz....might even read low.

I think the big problem with the attempt at looping is that neither Hatem hinself or Mindfreer seem to be aware of the need for resonance in the driven wheels. Clearly visible in Terawatt's test data. Frequency...and probably even load...matter greatly to the result. I'm thinking that looping may be a little challenging, even with large amounts of extra energy.

Of course that has nothing to do with TK, right? Actually I think it does. Whatever mechanism actually works should be present throughout physics.
