Nothing seems to be straight forward in this field.

Only in the TV Flyback with thin pieces of vinyl between the two halves of the ferrite core purpose is to avoid the saturation magnetic.

Sorry guys I have nothing to share and maybe this is off topic, but I'm just comparing that his invention 1 & 2 maybe looks similar with TK device. Means free energy device are really exists in many forms of design!

What makes me wonder most is how the light bulbs "accidently" lit as they were put directly on the 230V / 115V power grid... And why do "all" inventors use light bulbs as a load? And how do the "OU machine" accidently put out the same voltage as the power grid does?
