Just so that you know, he sais it does still need the battery to run and is careful with the word overunity.
However 100mA at 9V = 900mW for quite bright light is remarkable to say the least.

The working frequency of the generator is 10.2 kHz.
Input ~1W, output ~40 W.
This looks very genuine indeed.

HVlabs people, as far i remember has long been involved in pursuing Kapanadze setup. He shows it working. Can he (or they) explain what the setup is made?
I recognice the HV resonator, run probbaly by a royer oscillator, series caps making the secondaring ringing at its HV H-frequency. What the draft part called transformer is made of? What it is supposed to do?
