Hey Jimboot, I will get to reading tonight, was thinking about you with the Mass of yokes I have, If you need any let me know I will have Tons of them all different sizes as well, I was going to throw them all out till you pointed me in this direction. I  will get to work removing them all in the next few days.

Yeah - Maybe I do the manual labour & you handle the HV stuff!   Do you have a function generator? I was going to buy a couple of the cheapies on ebay. I'm down near Frankston but my business is in Mount Waverley so maybe easier for me to catch up after work one night. If you have a lot of yokes I'm happy to help/pay freight them to serious replicators. This dev looks pretty promising & in the spirit of opensource I'd like to help any way I can. The sooner we come up with a simple easily replicated device the better for all of us.

I think you and I are going to get on very well Jim   I am 110% for open sourcing  anything we come up with, there is much the world can gain from a couple of people who are not greedy and happy to give away their chance at controlling the worlds energy.


I was given a waveform function generator,  I've never used it, but I think it is more to do with TV signals then basic waveforms, but I'm not 100% sure, if you have a oscilloscope we could see exactly how useful it is by it's output. I have been trawling Ebay for some time now for a cheap oscilloscope as my funds are quite limited.

I am happy to handle a bit of manual labour and all the HV stuff, I'm not scared lol... once you've had a few shocks you learn to keep you hands in check
