He pulls the current back and forth in resonance with the earth currents through his
transformer via his big black wire coming from the water pipe.

This way he transform the resonating displacement current AC via his
big transformer coils to the bulb loads and thus have a matching
impedance.

something is missing in this.

I was sure the black box was an ignition coil, because that would do it.
That is what this device needs to fire up from a low voltage source.
It needs to use the earth battery as a low voltage generating device.
Then, this would be a device that will not ever turn off.

Hmm.

No Jeanna,
the black box is a power supply with 220 Volts AC in and
12 Volts DC out.

This way he uses some of the output power to generate
enough 12 Volt power to supply the blue 12 Volts to 220 Volts inverter,
so he can disconnect the 12 Volts battery !

All very easy if you watch the video carefully.

In the newer video with the acrylic case he
has it very much enhanced all, so he can just start the circuit
with just ONE 9 Volt battery and then run it in selfrun mode.
