Its vital you find everything because it spells out exactly how these RE ambient extraction systems work and they are ALL the same. When you study this you will have a very good idea how to make Steven Mark's TPU, Ed Gray power tube, Alfred Hubbard's generator, Thomas Henry Moray's system and many others cos they all follow the very same rules.

Don't assume spark gaps only go to 500 Hz you are guessing!!!

Go and get yourself a car ignition coil and spark plug and wind some coils you will start to put all this to practice and its very easy to power 100 watt light bulbs with just a few milliamps I/P.

Amazing that Kapanadze can get away with successfully filing his patent as it is sooooo similar to what Smith has been doing there in direct comparison of their patents lol.

This patent is the first that is somewhat concrete and may be a basis to build something here !

Concerning the 500 Hz max. frequency of the spark gap that was mentioned here.
I think that was dependent on the drive circuit that has been driving that spark gap in that particular spark gap for the tesla coil. I see no reason why a spark gap could not be operated at a much higher frequency, i will investigate this of course to find out.
In Smith´s patent he is calling for a RF capable diode bridge after the (down?) transformation of the spark gap impulses (but why 100kV?!? does he even transform up to 100 kv range here?!). So where is that radio frequency coming from if not from the spark gap?
Except the harmonics of the arcing of the spark gap reach RF levels as suggested here.

What do people think that look at the Smith patent?
What voltage range is the circuit running after the pulsed DC is rectified and before it is transformed to the output ?

To feed you even more and as i like to put it this way...all these mediums so to speak are interlinked and its uttered but science is still exploring zero point though even though it has been done before.

Here is the book regarding cold electric...and as someone posted earlier that it draws ambient energy so to speak to keep it simple but then all these mediums are interlinked and so as far as i see it...it does draw energy from the vaccum.

Don't get distracted with FAKE science and there is plenty of it about as modern day gurus like to cash in on the theory which has been known and works for over 100 years. Its very very simple.

Its not zero point, ether, energy from the vacuum or Swamp gas.

Radiant Energy = RF thats  all.

HF volts = joules move free electrons which are every where and you make 2 or 3 MAGNETIC resonance systems to trap the free electrons which give the OU its really that simple. The main reason why 90% on here wont find it is because most are scared to go over 24 volts LOL
