Clearly not short of a sense of humour, he appears to have eschewed
the US Patent Office in favour of a Mexican patent filed in Spanish
and a European Application here:

Hey Don,
There is no schematics yet for exactly the device that is shown in the video linked to on page 1.
There is only some documents that have been written by people guessing what is inside his green box and how it is all connected.
So if you want to replicate it, you will have to improvise and test things out, as so far, no-one seems to have a working replication of this device.

Strange... some guy on another forum posted that same picture in regards to a "one wire electricity" question.
I asked for more detail on components and schematic but he never responded.

You won´t get more details on components from these guys. They are, as it seems, really going ahead to commercialy market Kapanadze`s devices in Turkey and it would be not in their interest to be too detailed about it.
Thanks Stefan for checking back there and finding this new info.

I personally believe that Don Smith is legit and that is all you can do : believe
I have not been on the Tesla conference and have not seen any of his devices in action, but
this man has dedicated his whole life to this and is for sure very literate on the subject.
Let´s hope that some people manage to replicate any of his devices, then we will KNOW.
