Yes so whats the purpose of 1K resistor ?
where is ground ?
how not to burn transformer insulation if TC secondary is not grounded
will not BJT burn : base voltage in opposite direction is limited to 6-10V hmm

All in ALL kacher ALWAYS works at natural LC resonance what EVER coil is there so kacher itself could be very good driver for TC in this kapanadze tests , maybe

1)DOES TC (left coil in schematic)  have thin wire, much thinner than actual bifilar coil (thick wire) ?
2)IS bifilar coil wound on kind of metal tube ?
3)Does scehmatics correspond with video ?

First of all 3) : Nobody knows! 
Tariel slammed so much stuff in there, that it is impossible
to tell what really is in there.
Many people also speculate that half of it is to obfuscate
the simplicity of it.
There is even lunatics that have tried to identify the circuit
boards in the aquarium and analyse their function.

1) For my eyes it does. Primary has thin mag wire on it.
Isolation tape is put on it either sluggishly or the visible thin
wire is maybe just a feedback coil?!
The bifilar has thick wire, something like 6 mm OD


2) It looks like partially brass, which would support your thesis of antimagnetic properties, but not explain why he did not use PVC.
He seemingly wants to prevent magnetic effects in that coil.
That would make it a feasible thesis, that he is going for electrostatic
capacitor effects between the coil´s wire and the brass maybe.

One question that needs to be answered though is:
If there is NO magnetic material in the secondary, then WHAT creates the magnetostrictive transformer-ringing in the video?

With how much certainty by looking all wires on the video we can be sure about schematics and video
Do anyone knows the ORIGIN of that schematics ? Was it there much before next energy  moderator closed forum, if so its nothing new , if it was added recently than it could be related to actual thing hmm

ALL in all it all seems like pieces of puzzle from TESLa patents together with bifilar coils and capacitive effects
Bifilar can magnify inductive component (current) and maybe capacitive component(voltage) just by changing the wiring , tesla bifilar with cancenling magntic field and TC with increased magnetic field..
I wonder do Kapanadze use WIRE by wire or Layer by layer bifilar, hmm

Maybe input TC is modulated to 50 hz that gives 50 hz sound
