This vaguely reminds a video made by some Russians, refering to a "special transformer" with ferrite rings core and a copper sheet as winding.  By the way, this is suited for high frequencies and its principle of function is (i think) the relative high inductunce provided by the ferrite cores.

By the way, i was re-thinking my original objection about Kapanadze device in the geo.avi video. IMO there is not any way at making currents of 20amps, 50 or 400Hz single wire (from apparatus to ground) with that kind of device Kapanadze has.

I challenge anyone to prove me wrong.
