Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Seems to be nothing special, the guy just built himself a nice square wave inverter. But it´s a good start.
Observations: His spark gap does make an audible sound.
His coil seems to be wired like a textbook inverter transformer.
He mentions that he wired a secondary, that´s why
you see many wires going in.

I  should constrain myself from theorizing. What i see is an iron transformer that operates as the Spanish researcher says as inverter having a HV winding.

During normal inverter operation the lamp lights very dimly. if this is a 21w 12 volts standard automotive lamp (like those i have), then the power out (assuming best impedance match) is 2-3 watts.

By applying the sparking goes almost to nominal value. The HV transformer with a 0.4mm winding over an iron core of this length has a somewhat large inductunce (could approach several mHs so little transformation loss). By assuming the HV transformer can output some 20-30 watts easily those could come enhance lamp's brightness.

Bottom line we need quantitative data to compare, not just a lit bulb.

ps: Thanks Omni for the tranlation. Google translator really sucks

Considering Don Smith videos I think even iron would be superfluous. It is here to make magnetic flux move to the output coil location.
In fact the effect is generated inside iron core in such embodiment while it's possible to make it happen in copper or iron  coils directly. It's just the collapse of magnetic field inflated abruptly by HV discharge of EXACTLY synchronized unidirectional IMPULSE.When it collapse ambient background fill the gap with inertia causing magnetic field flux.
I know that it all sounds like garbage  ;D  I'm pretty sure now it's only dependent on synchronization and method of pulsing not on various mystical transformer designs.Really!

Not garbage, sir!
How many times do the rest have to see this to comprehend the simplicity of this action no matter what the physical or mechanical configuration?
