Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Juju,
Bolt is absolutely right concerning the inability of the digital multimeters to measure pulsed DC.
That is what i have meant with incorrect measurement methodology.
So you based your calculations on inaccurate measurement data. That can happen, but keep working on your 12 volt transformer.
You will need to put together a more proper inverter circuit to drive the transformer.

Quotepulsed DC? where is the pulsed DC in my setup?

is just 220AC sine at 50/60hz, half rectifyed to DC!

Rectification of a sine wave produces pulsed DC

Would Juju be accurate if he measured the mains "before" his circuit?
This would take into account all the power being used from mains correct?

Don

JuJu

ok, i guess i am the troll here!  ;D

so you proved its possible that i can be wrong, but i will get a clamp meter.. and show you that i am not!

thank you for everything xeno!

anyways, as it is half way rectify, the voltage is CORRECT, and the current in theory should be half!

so i proved my point, this bulbs will light up with much less energy that the one they are rated for!

hugs

If its any consolation, i had no idea multimetres couldnt measure pulsed DC  ;)

Good luck!
