This is not totaly stupid. It has a reasonable ground. Really.

Kapanadze discovered (if real) how to produce free energy. When asked by a Reporter, how he find out that, he said humbly, it is Tesla's discovery actually. (Kapanadze said that, see video geo.avi and translation)

So Kapanadze re-discovered the Teslean "wheel" basing his research upon Tesla's. Doing what most of us would naturally do, and muriads have done in the past (it is said), went for a vague patent -got it-, and tried to strike a deal with a (Turkish) company in order to mass produce devices and earn some legitimate profit. After all he deserved it. Besides, Tesla himself was master of Patents -despite his noble motives- that they brought him a fortune and finance his career.

Since Kapanadze so far has miserably failed even to prove that what he has is real, not to speak about getting the "licence" from the small and big interests to allow him to mass produce a device like this, then he should consider seriously at giving the tech to the people freely and enjoy some moderate benefits at first as fame, money from donations and even a photo in the People Magazine.

What i can guess, is that he will persist in his secrecy and protection of his "Tesla secret", and die with it.
We cannot actually expect a real Kapagen in the decades to come from companies as BP or Shell or Ford or General Electric etc

ps: If a genius man like Kapanadze has managed to read some Tesla and found the Holy Grail in his back-yard lab, then rest assure that the High Tech labs of modern world have found everything about OU.

Question: Why they do not say it clearly and stick to old dogmas?

Don't judge what you don't understand.
Because things are so simple doesn't mean that won't work.
Kapanadze got so far mainly because he has a different view.
Personally I have a lot of respect for this guy.

Well, I agree, that the document is not much of a help,
but please do your critique a bit more nicely,
but don´t let your frustation show and don´t hammer on others.

It was a founded criticism of a paper lying outside of any science. My criticism would have been "a bit more nicely" if the paper had been a bit less dishonest.
This group is named "The International Open Source Free Energy Research Forum".
"Research" and "open" implies also criticism. And when falseness is at stake, severe warnings are required, it is not a question of frustration.
I can't apologize on that point and if necessary I prefer to be censored.
