b.t.w. (i talked about domains, because SR talks about it and explains how device are actually working, but until this day i do not understand why there are domains, i not an atomic physicist - maybe SR are and how he know that there are domains?)

It is so sad science in general has ignored the electric field. The interaction between electric and magnetic field has been completely ignored.
Ironically when dealing with fluid the interaction between vapor and liquid is essential.

Study of electric fields died with Tesla.

I remember someone mentioned a two transformer setup with a HV-capacitor-spark gap going to a bulb connected to the LV side of a transformer...

Anyway, besides OU etc how you claim did you manage to conduct SR's suggested experiment?

I conducted the experiment to SR's explanation. My findings where by observation only. Hopefully in the coming days I will conduct the experiment again this time I will video tape it and upload it to YouTube.

One thing for sure things will be changing within the next 2 - 5 years. Lately i have been reading up on electric fields science has spent many years focusing on magnetism that we have forgotten / not harnessed the energy of the electric field. The field of mixing an Electric field with Magnetic field to me is wide open. Research this field and you will find Tesla's fuel less generator.

From my study I can say this:

Magnetic field = Men
Electric field = Women

You can be sloppy and still get a pretty good magnetic field. But Electric fields are completely different. You have to treat them right or they leak and pass current thus creating a magnetic field. Leakage is a huge issue, leakage works against the electric field by creating a magnetic field. Voltage that should of been used to create the Electric field has now gone to strengthen the magnetic field.

Having said the above there is a huge issue with the YouTube video I created and Tiger2007 electric field set up.
Tiger2007 electric field is backwards I believe, and should be horizontal across the core not vertical. Also, the all important 'sling shot' effect is shooting up toward the winding but when magnetized are are forced horizontal, this will rob energy from the system.

Maybe a better way to to create an Electric field in the core would be to have high voltage plates (copper) between each section of ferrite. These plates are prevented from touching the ferrite by the use of a quality mica or glass. This way the electric field runs from say Left (+) to Right (-). The domains in the ferrite are already lined up horizontally so if a magnetic current is created (north being 'left' side) then no additional energy is expended in rotating the domains. ---- Just brainstorming

Wire is important, solid wire best for electric field. My error in the YouTube video is that I am using 16 gauge (CSA) wire. This wire is rated for only 600v so 'bleed through' is a factor. Bleed through allows the creation of magnetic field and reduction of Electric field. High voltage wire is also no good. The thick insulation blocks the electric field. Tesla it appears went to great lengths to protect losses in the electric field. A magnetic field is brutal electric field fragile.

Cosmo has stated that his unit does about 400 watts. He has also stated a HV of about 2000 to 6000 vac with 4000 optimum. I have a good feeling that the reason for this has everything to do with controlling the electric field. To much bleed through takes away from the system. I bet if the ferrite where encased in glass I bet the output would increase by 100% if not more.

Anyway there is alot of experimenting to do with injecting an electric field into a magnetic field. A good experimental setup is a basic oscillator circuit ala Tesla.
