;D Maybe your right this were just theories.. I wonder why VSG thread died its looks promising to me... seems like VTA, EV gray, Moray, Meyer-MAce, Tesla 2 rods, ERR, And Maybe even TK use this theories in some ways...

@ Dima - not really: that is the edge of the last ferrite thoroid that SR has stacked. You can see he taped over and over pretty tightly (diagonally) as you can see the rim of the thoroid which *looks* like the edge of a sheet. If you look carefully you can see also the second edge of the adjacent stacked thoroid. There is a picture of all his stacked thoroids before he taped them together laying on his table and you can see the rims are not all flush. Furthermore, I haven't seen any additional electrical connections that can suggest a conductive sheet between coil and thoroid though this has been suggested in other drawings (see tiger2007 drawing) but I honestly fail to see the significance of "caging" the core from it's coil...

Is the diagram that you were referring to penno?

If yes, where is the flyback, and where are the MJE 13007s????
