Maybe your right... I wonder why TK said his device can be use in airplane? And why code name SR193 resemble with SR90..  Why those two men in the picture of 100Kw Kapanadze Gen are already dead.. SR himself said he got sick for 2 days while doing experiment.. And if you look at TK patent He was not after HV but High frequency generation.. He is cooking something and thats what Im looking for..

I agree but it is not enough. In order a LC circuit to resonate, the two ends of the coil have to be connected to electrodes which constitute the capacitor C. For example in a tesla coil (http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fichier:Teslacirc1.png), there is the ground, the coil and the terminal upper electrode having its own capacitance (which thus constitutes a capacitor whose the second electrode is the ground, looping the circuit).
In Kapanadze's device there is only one ground connection, so we don't see how it works. Or should we account for the capacitance of the whole stuff relative to the ground? It is unlikely because in this case the resonance would be very sensitive to the position.
