I don^t need. We have general own planes for civilian electrogravity crafts. We call this project: The new Volkswagen. This flying car will not only have no need for fuel and roads, but will be completly accidents free as in fall of nuclear tachyons engines (NTE). They but are only reserved for space, military and national electric power stations.             Can not be adopted for allround use cos of enormous power which posses, although are very cheap and need no service at all.          Electrogratics (lifters), Kapanadze devices, and others such things are basing on same Biefeld-Brown Effect. It is a technical thunder, which really is breaking of time flow through unregularities between vortex speeds in 2 means: air and ground for example.     It is more civilian like to use, has no mass scale destructive possibility as NTE has. (when You^ve heard about antimatter).

@ Novak - let's not open Pandora's box here. Though I believe HOW these devices tap into this occulted energy source is tightly connected to this argument of propulsion (ether theory, not relativistic), this isn't really the place to argument it. Maybe this is of interest to you:
