We can light them from HF sources, by magnetic coupling (induction) or electric coupling (capacitively at a distance).
Here are views of my own experiments, using 10 W, 25 Mhz, and a magnetic coupling (2 or 3 W should be enough but my setup was not optimized).

I tried with many frequencies between 1.6 and 30 Mhz: no difference.

@khabe: May I underline that this is different than what is happening on the load in the TK or SR device: there is no induced (EM or capacitively) HF RF gas stimulation on the load in these setups. A filament lamp is heated by the current circulating through the output, not by direct EM emission. Obviously partially evacuated tubes or neon tubes will react to HF EM emissions and light up as they absorb some of the EM spectrum (as when operating a TC and having neon tubes in the field range) but the devices in question are actually powering a device (filament lamps) with a current through a conductor.

@ Novak - let's not open Pandora's box here. Though I believe HOW these devices tap into this occulted energy source is tightly connected to this argument of propulsion (ether theory, not relativistic), this isn't really the place to argument it. Maybe this is of interest to you:
