I haven't followed Kapanadze for a long time and need to catch up.

Has Cosmo posted any diagrams or just ideas?
Any luck getting Kapanadze to disclose?  Anymore info from him?

As I recall the old device had two grounds and the later one had no ground.  Did he ever say how he got rid of the ground?

Looking over the last few posts.  I don't see how he had 1 million interruptions with a spark gap.  Even ones with exotic gasses are not that fast.  Was he talking about using the gap like an arc transmitter? 

Never heard of using a magnetic gas before except for that magnegas web site.  Doesn't he make that from arcing in sewage?  The early Kapanadze device looks pretty crude to have a gas core.  It has a wire through the core (a tube?) to ground.

Santilli is the name you are thinking about and yes, that is what he uses for feed stock.

Meyer claimed to use water and I know for a fact that O1 is a polar atom.

You don't need a ground.  Look at a enlarged photo of Meyer's - 2 prong plug

Hubbard used a rotary distributor cap and a HV gen for his HV pulser.

It appears as 36A to the negative of battery, but only 8A on white wire.

Anyway, That was my diatribe on this device. I think there a bunch of people that are claiming replication but have fallen for some disinfo. If it works, you will have no problem keeping your battery charged and lots of extra power and I have not seen that happen yet except from the inventor.

You need the arc to create a shockwave which is a cavitation / sound shockwave along with voltage to produce Aharonov Bohm oscillations is my guess. Frank could tell you which video / paper he discusses that wave circumference spot on the tractor wheel formula that takes you to 1.093MHZ or so.

Good luck with that, and if you think I am wrong, have a second look at all those devices. Look for what is inside the power coil on a real working device. Therein probably lies the secret to this device as well.

Shortly he speaks:
" ... thinner wires comes from battery , black is "minus" ((collective) ground), this wire goes back" (shows to white wire) ...
"Coefficient we have 1.3 ... 1.4 , crudely speaking 40% of power will be taken to here ..." (not understandable - whither?)

By my opinion there is no OU effect at all, batteries will be unloaded in any case 
Wonder what the bally "chinese math" he uses to determine the efficiency

It looks like that is why nothing hearable abot this device anymore
