1. Primary circuit is a high - over 100KHts.
2. Primary circuit is a capacitor, inductor and HF iskrishte.
3. Tarry Kapanadze accidentally discovered the effect of increasing the energy output when repeating the experiments of Nikola Tesla energy transport in a conductor (and wireless).
4. The secondary output coil is bifilar coil Teslova from which one part is used as a closed magnetic circuit (most likely a resonant capacitor) and the other is loading. It is also grounded at one end of the load.
5. Do not use magnetic. Magnetic prevent the receipt of free energy.
6. When the generator with the green box above the high-voltage spark 100KHts (discharge) takes place inside the green box. Nanshnata spark (discharge) is 50Hts and is set for output frequency of the generator. 50Hts. spark fight over the primary coil thick (5-6 turns).
7. Bifilar secondary winding must have a length of wire 1 / 4 wavelength to RF and high voltage input is more than 100KHts.

Yes,I believe you are correct. I spotted something which may be the same effect years ago but never was able to reproduce. Suddenly air become like highly electrified with stinging effect on skin.It was this effect or x-rays (hopefully not)  I do not know but rather this effect we are looking for just for badly low frequency -I had trouble to disconnect circuit because even car battery casing was kicking.
The circuit was surprisingly simple - only old car coil with a piece of wire soldered to the incandescent bulb. This bulb was broken as I remember , there was no plasma inside but instead this strange electrostatic intense field around. I recall this because in green box video guy keeping device was kicked exactly like I was when trying to shutdown circuit. I was scared about x-rays probability and quickly dismantled circuit.

So it must be very very simple but probably require certain exact parameters to match !

Bifilar is misleading here.  He means two separate coils wound together, and one is fed DC to create a steady magnetic field, not resonant at all.  CosmoLV said bifilar as in Tesla's coil for electromagnets which is not correct. Since he had to run at resonance, it sounds like his closed coil is not fed DC.  This is the same effect in the TPU, AVEC, Grey Motor, Hendershot, Moray, and was discovered by Tesla.  Resonance is a coincidence as it puts the voltage and current in phase, but it is easier to use a coil to supply a steady magnetic field.
