So a quick recap of where this thread is if I understand it correctly:

1. The Kapanadzi device is a standing wave generator that uses standing waves to somehow produce OU.

2. The standing waves go through some sort of wave compression?

2. So far, the only person here that has demonstrated the properties and knows what cold electricity is, is Dole.

Penno posted a nice simple circuit a few pages back but apparently nobody has built it yet. The circuit makes sense as to what we are trying to create here.

And lastly this has all the components of what Meyer was up to.

I played around a bit tring to make a standing wave and was able to get it but to keep it rock solid, you need to wrap that copper wire through the core. Meyer talked a lot about how difficult it was to keep the circuit stable and how he had to rescan the circuit with a phase locked loop every second.

Meyer used a cascade generator to produce his pulse train.

Please correct me if I am wrong about where this is all at.

It looks to me like Kapanadzi is evaluating Naudins design and is showing how it really gets done to me.

Also - The writing on the images is in Russian so that didn't come from France.

Indeed this seems a very interesting book but I am having a frustrating time translating and saving it as English. I have tried google, bing and bablefish. Which translator are you using?

I for one don't post the results of all my experiments. 
Usually posting results brings out pages and pages of crap from "arm chair experimenters" "dis-informationalists" "derailers" and it's not worth it.

What are your results from Otto's circuit?

As for Stan Meyers.  He was having trouble keeping his circuit stable because as H2O was being split into H and O it left behind a higher concentration of all the other minerals in the water thus changing the capacity of the water fuel cell.  As the capacity changed he lost resonance.  That's one of the reasons why Stan developed the injectors.
