What do you "guess" the green HV wire is connected to?

  Well there's really not much guessing as it's indicated in the patent: the capacitor bank. To back this up, if you look at the "aquarium" box, you will see the spark gap adjacent to the large cap though it discharges at a lower frequency as the regulation works better.

Based on my understanding:

Inside Green Box: Block 2-4-5-7
Outside Green Box: Bobbins 6,10 - Spark Gap 3
Inside core: 8-9
Possible in both positions: 11

N.B. Circuit "A" and Circuit "B" in patent

If both bobbins 6 & 10 are outside the green box, where are the wires from the green box to bobbin 6?  We only see the HV wire from the Green box to Spark Gap and back to green box (assumed it goes straight back to the green box).

Check the pics I uploaded in prior posts not long ago a few pages back, it's all there. Both white wires, and red wire.

Keep in mind that the patent focuses on the method of the energy extraction system, it does not include all the additional devices in the GB and other demo videos!
