Are you interested in EV Gray Design? May I suggest that you search Mr. Tad Johnson's research papers on it.. He claimed he gain something on his experiment..
I've read it already but I've lost my copy. It is a very interesting!

Thanks for the tip DimaWari, I just started reading up on some of Tad Johnson's experiments. From what I can tell so far, a DC bias and HV DC pulse keep showing up in these devices. Oxygen and silver also seem to be present in many of the devices.

Ed Gray offered a presentation to Pres. Reagan which can be found on youtbe. He used one coil of silver wire and also the guy that obtained one of Ed Grays motor found a coil wound of silver wire.

HV diodes on order. DC high voltage is also rather key from what I can see. You can see the 2 foot long silicon rectifier diode on Ed Grays motor cart.

Once all the key pieces are sitting on the bench, it should not take too long to figure it out.

Its nothing Sir Q2/TheBuzz/MrsNancy/Doppy/ePrick...  But I believed carbon was taking the big role on it.. Haven't heard or read about it? From Carbon to Boron? I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with nuclear physics..
Furthermore, I believe nuclear reaction can greatly ionized air or gas which means lot of ions and electrons will be produce and the next step is how to control or store it...
