If this was 'empty' radiant spikes with no amperage he would'nt be ably to light a standard filament globe, power a electric blanket, boil water, run inductive motors or save hundreds of kw's on his power bill a year now would he??!

He isn't exactly lighting some silly led's or flourescent tubes which DO only require high voltage.

I was only talking about inccorect measuring technique for the application. What kind of disinfo is this?
