its only an inductive capacitor charged by electrostatic covered in bifilar wound coil and modulated by 50 or 60 hz.  Go see kapanadze 100kw device for 95% of how all this technology works. Now no need to wait 4 days you have the outline:)

Which doesn't mean it is simple to understand. What is electrostatic really ? Nobody knows for sure.
They said it is free ions but electrostatic occurs in dielectrics which has no freely moving charges inside...
