Info from SR? But he did't give us detailed description of his device. he just suggested that it works ferro-domains inside, which was easily moving by "low-cost" power. But he can't know it reliably. He cant know about real processes inside. Moreover, SR disappeared from the forums for a long time ago and will not help us. However he did not want to do it, and it was his choise. His info is a only his point of view. Possibly faulty.

I think it was directed against Cosmo. Right in the next day Cosmo published his long anticipated video as instantaneous response to ALGO. Everyone could see that he has nothing. CosmoLV's vid removed all hoaxes, and people finally calmed down. And most likely ALGO has done it because of him, because Kapanadze don't care  it, i think :) Now Cosmo is banned at the next-energy.ru and matri-x.ru for his inscrutability, which has already become tedious for all there.

OK. Everything tends to clear why a "kicking" is so important (SM).
I just thinking about why ferrites are better than a normal FE core transformer. The so called "resonance" frequency determine the usable layer of the core material surface. Due to the magnetic skin effect in higher frequencies determine the working intersection of the core that will be smaller so the induced extra magnetic flux smaller also which affects the output. This is why uMetals are better in MEG.

Let me summarize the first steps experiment a ferromagnetic type OU device. Please correct me sy if I am wrong or complete me.

There is no such thing as  magnetic skin effect ferrite core at low frequency.
Most  of information in TK or SR concept may be placed in region of 0 to 1MHz

but

In a ferrite core at high frequency, the magnetic field produced by the eddy current and displacement current due to the electrical field will shield the magnetic flux from the inner portion of the core cross-section. This results in a flux skin effect analogous to the skin effect in the conductors of winding.

skin effect in the silicon-iron cores.- It is found that with the increase of the conductivity and permeability the magnetic skin effect becomes more significant.
That is not so very good . If we have  high conductivity and permeability
we have bad quality ferrite or soft iron ferrite.
So if we need this kind of response for TK project than you guys will know how to apply that knowledge.

In order to "amplify" skin effect you can electrolytically or mechanically than add silver coating to ferrite ring.

If you have to use temperature as a tool ( say you just dump ring in to  liquid silver ( make sure ferrite was first cleaned in proper solvent)

Well for skin effect you need much higher frequencies and statement from above is old and should be updated Ferrite work at frequencies up to 1GHz

Major disadvantage of such concept is that  silver coil has much higher  self resonance  point and as such  will require LC network to trim to desired frequency.
But it is not me who proposed skin effect that would be susceptible to Eddy Current

I have problem with understanding this part.

At first what is that we are looking for?

Ferrite core will react by rapid switching of magnetic domains.
by the way you can hear to this clicking sound of magnetic domains by winding on the ferrite core few winds and connecting  that coil to amplifier.. than rapidly inserting  magnet or just turning magnet you are causing domains to switch.
Is that energy? Yes it is response to influence so if we do not have to pay for this influential activity than we  will have OU.

The link below is not the one that may help but from philosophical perspective it represents mechanism of thinking. However there is something catching my attention when I look at figure 4( Figure 4: Flux  flow due to PM translator)
and imagine piece of ferrite( or say another magnet) under influence and in between of two other magnetic fields.

Than I would  ask you the question
1.Are you trying to increase magnetic flux by means of increasing SG voltage?
I so than
What frequency,what voltage and what shape of the signal, you likely to apply.?
For resonance circuit based on ferrite there is no difference  if you have 2Hz or 100Khz ,
but
Analyzing lightning strike you dealing with DC HV and you are able to listen to frequencies from very low to very high say 28MHz on your receiver.
One may ask how is that possible? By definition of DC there are no harmonic components.
But there is the catch.
Lightning strike is DC impulse without offset.
Scientific discussion I have had turns out to conclusion.
Rising  very sharp impulse from  0 to  infinity is the source of harmonics.
Is that  another source of energy? Yes it is. Free of charge.
If you can hear it that means that your receiver is picking energy to antenna.
Well this is not  what we are looking for with TK investigation.

If you want saturation point you will get it at any possible frequency..
So it is not what we want.
We Want:
Resonance that gives us maximum power transfer and any possible way of canceling BEMF

Barkhausen Noise was discovered in 1919 by H. Barkhausen when he wound a
ferromagnetic specimen with a wire and hooked it to an external speaker.  He found that by changing the magnetic field around the specimen, he could induce a rushing sound in the speaker.  This rushing sound was the result of many small abrupt changes in magnetic flux that was occurring within the confines of the coil.  These step variations in magnetic flux occur randomly and are what is commonly known as Barkhausn Noise.
