Can you give us more info about if Kapanadze pointed out anything to you concerning the general principle on how his device works?

I might have to see the video again, but i have not at first sight noticed a spark gap?
His TMZ demo had  very small device which also did not have one.

EDIT: One more thing i just said to myself : "Argh, not a new device !!!" hehe
i just gave up on finding missing coil wires in the glassbox video, then a new video shows up )

What you touched there looks much like a 12 Volt halogen transformer (casing).
When you would modify it a bit and use the pulse transformer backwards (probably with a 5-10 Ohm series resistor for the primary depending on the PVC box output impedance), you could actually get 220V out of there.

2 bucking coils made out of coax wire excentrically mounted on a solenoid (actually it has 2 layers) with what looks like just PVC tube core, but maybe some other core material (hard to see). Could well be that it's actually the same core like the 90 degree pipe under it. Actually most likely.

Would be too good to know what's in the PVC electronics box though hehe.

At first look, the metallic (?!) or cardboard (?!) (what is it?) pipe under the solenoid at a 90 degree angle
does not catch one's eye, but why would he mount the solenoid on such an
object, if it was not important for the operation.
Moreover the red and blue lines on it could indicate a permanent (and therefore unidirectional) axial magnetisation of the pipe maybe.
Question is, if it is already magnetised like this (a magnet) or if the operation magnetises it temporarily. In the later case, this would mean that the solenoid sees a constant DC voltage.
Yet the markings could mean also something totally different or nothing at all, who knows. Maybe a Kapanadze hint about the core only?

EDIT2: With regards to the caduceus winding pointed out further below, the magnetic hypothesis here becomes redundant.
