It is not about nationality but about system... Russians are no different than others but system that blinded the minds of some of them is the system that killed part of my family members ... It is the system  that created Concentration Camps in Siberia. When I was growing up plenty of children in my age have had someone send to Siberia
-teachers for improper interpretation of political history facts
-teachers for being for communism but being blackmailed by rival who wanted gain position and place in within the structure.
-teachers school principals who covered ( hide) others............ even if they have been good for the communist party but they did not report activities of others...

I have finished extracting and analyzing the sound this device makes in this video:

The fact that there are lamps hanging from trees makes the situation suspicious, it would be easy to hide a feed cable in the trees.

I extracted the audio from the video at 19.00 the moment he switches on his device.
I cut out the portion that contains usable data to do a frequency analysis on.
Then i que'd the cut out portion on the zero crossings and looped it, then filterd it to get rid of the noise and made the sorftware do a frequency analysis scan over the entire file and return the exact frequency.

The outcome is also suspicious as the software returned 52 Hertz as the result.
This is only 2 Hertz away from the 50 Hertz frequency of the local power grid in russia.
It could be the case that this video was shot with a mechanical video camera and the tape was played back on a different machine playing the video slightly faster.
Also the video was converted into other formats and eventually to Flv to be uploaded to youtube these things can cause slight differences in the tracking of the video.

So these are my findings i wanted to share with you people.
I also wonder why nobody did this before and why nobody recognized that buzz as being a close 50Hz magnetostriction sound.

It could be the case this device was designed to run at 52Hz.
But this is too close to the frequency of the grid and it imediatly caused suspicion in me when i watched the video.

The magnetostriction sound has been pointed out by myself as well as others here in this thread, you just probably did not find the time to read it in its entirety.
I don't quite understand your argument that you consider it "suspicious" that the sound is close to the grid frequency.
The device probably runs a 50 Hz oscillator with an inverter circuit as the fundamental frequency to ensure a 50 Hz output and that's the whole point of building a device that can deliver power to AC loads.
I mean any utility inverter uses such 50 Hz generation circuit as well.
That frequency has been measured by the frequency counter in the green box video.
But if you believe anyway that TK "fakes" his devices, there is no point in further arguments.

This is  where They are actually announcing that they are watching and looking for particular things that show unrest.

We dont need that kind of attn here. I believe we already have Them watching here at the things we work on.  But too much of the threats and arrogance toward them, and we will have DHS watching us also, and others. 
It just give Them more reasons to , well, do what They do.  ;]

Somehow, I hope that this eventually works using common items that everyone can get.  There are probably many different shapes and sizes of these cone shaped cores from TV pic tubes. Each may have different properties that some may be lost trying to get it to work.
