Ok, looks like i found something looking like a ferrite resonance point around 1 Mhz.
I will do some further testing the next days.

i see you have a nice lab equipment over there! Good.
Personally i liked the way you proceed. Anyway, white noise or not, potentiometer or not, analysing the 15turn coil or 50 turn or even a copper strip as a winding etc that particular 1 Mhz ferrite resonant frquency should be there under all circumstances and with some tinkering will become too obvious to be ignored.

Just out of curiosity and for the shake of crosschecking things,  can you verify that 1 Mhz found "special freq" by the method i suggested?

That is sweeping the SG at copper shield (as you nicely do so far) and applying another copper strip (insulated and norrower if must so) as 1-2 turns winding and analyse its signals? (perpendicular to copper strip)
Will be much trouble?

Is your device still working (15W in and 150W out) when the copper strip is as wide as the height of the yoke ?
