Dont worry about some people here that seem negative towards others that make claims. You can imagine, some claims are false, and others that may have something, get scared off.  Be brave. Its only words on the screen. These people know nothing about you to say anything other than you are welcome here.

I like your device. Seems very simple.   

The core.  What got me looking at the split copper pipe a single turn of the transformer, was the core.  ;]

If the core is not there, the inducing fields passing through the copper pipe are able to pass all the way through the pipe as a whole, with fields cutting both sides of the pipe from any direction. This causes a cancellation of current, in regards to having any potential on each side of the split(ends of single turn).

So the core acts as an attractor of magnetic field, and a barrier  to keep the pulsing fields that are attracted to the core, from passing all the way through both sides of the pipe, again, from any particular direction..

In my lil TC, the little light bulb I have lit in the pic above, the single turn is on the outside of the coil, so there is not as much cancellation than if it were inside the sec of the TC. Inside, it needs a core, or it is worthless.  ;]

Many of us would appreciate it if you stay around.  ;]  Some, you just have to ignore. Because you know the truth.  So what they say does not matter, does it? ;]

UPDATE on Caduceus+Bucking coils device replica
I'am way up in testing my replica of the Caduceus-bucking coil device.
Finally I've found a certain grade of resonance by tuning the caduceus parallel capacitor that now is up to 3200pf. Using that value the voltage on secondary is quite high...nearing a screw driver to the center tap caduceus secondary I have about 4 mm sparks. The 60W lamp does light just a little. It is interesting to note that the natural resonance of Caduceus+3.2n cap is near 3MHz...which is far from the 35-50KHz of my Ventex neon sign oscillator device. Probably the resonated Caduceus picks up a freq from the wide band scenario generated by the SG itself.
As turned out that my second attempt to provide enough secondary isolation (on Caduceus coil) has been too good...being the interwinding capacitance of only 74pf, the suggested avramenko plug + connection to bucking coil's center tap does not work well (intermittent sparking on main SG) and I have been forced to use a more standard approach much like the one used by wattsup. In that case the bucking coil onto the Caduceus are completely floating.
Any further attempt to rise the power on lamp with the bucking coil approach did not brought me to useful results. I think I will start testing the 'coil capacitor' approach

The second time I tryed this shortly after, vids on youtube are suddenly blocked and marked as privat.

Nothing to help. It's his right to set the videos to private and so he did.
Future advice is to always save anything that is brandnew as long as it's public, you never know how long it'll be up.

Set up a little test unit. It (and that means ONLY my test unit) runs inefficient. A 15 W bulb barely glows.
But i used a 3055 transistor. Will see if anything changes when i get hold of better transistors.
Also due to the winter i can not establish a real earth ground, which is certainly also a factor.
