When your PS gets blow from flyback transformer, you need to replace it with battery because your PS most likely starts to act as ground wire for charged particles flow. Next thing you need - ionizator between earth and secondary of flyback and attach capacitor in series for charge.

If you wonder why there is no progress and last pages are total waste of time than look back when CosmoLV started enlightening us with his wisdom. I have spent long time on this forum and many others only to see him come on at specific time and start posting and spiting his venom. It usually happens when some meaningful development has happened  and it needs to be derailed. Do yourself and others favor and stop responding to his BS so we can get back on track and progress. I have seen his handy work. Schematics dead ends, promises of OU device that works flawlessly, having friends in high places, dubious internet companies and associates, promises for release of his new device in 2012. All dead ends. What ewer he posts it is already in public domain anyway if you spend some time to look for it yourself. He has only one agenda and it is to destroy the wonderful work done here. Don’t be fooled he can deceive you easily because his educational level is far superior than you can imagine. He is paid troll plain and simple. The http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secondary_emission effect is applied between charged capacitor plates inside of tube what got gas with lots of free electrons/ions characteristics (Hydrogen, Halogen, Argon, etc).
So basically it is quite similar to atomic chain reaction but just on  electrons/ions level.
Single ion from Cathode hits neutral one in gas and multiplied number of them arrive to Anode - so here is energy gain!
Fron Anode it goes to capacitor plate and gets discharged to load over spark gap..

There are many ways to Rome, and one of them I just exlained (hopefully) here...
